Quotations are valid for 30 days barring errors or omissions. Prices are ex-factory and exclude freight.
Availability of goods supplied is in accordance with the nominated weeks listed on the quote. Please note, shipping and delivery times are an estimation only and can vary depending on the availability of materials from outside suppliers and your location.
Please check that the finishes specified on your quote/invoices match the specifications for your project. ebb&flow will take no responsibility for oversights by the purchaser. Variations in veneer configuration and colour occur naturally and these may be evident in the finished product. ebb&flow will take no responsibility for any variation of grain or colour of natural products between sale samples and the final product.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. To the extent that they are compatible with the consumer laws in Australia, the exclusions and provisos that apply to the Ebb & Flow Warranty apply to the consumer guarantees.
Please refer to our formal quotation/invoice for applicable warranty periods. ebb&flow is the Agent and distributor for the products supplied. The warranty is a manufacturer’s warranty provided to Ebb & Flow and its customers by the manufacturer of the furniture and lighting. The warranty covers defects in the materials and the workmanship of the product. The warranty excludes fair wear and tear. Please refer to our ‘Furniture Care and Maintenance’ for more suggested care of your furniture items.
Warranties will exclude products which have not had a certain level of maintenance in accordance with ebb&flow’s care instruction, misuse, change of mind, damages incurred during delivery, or the cost of freight or transport associated with the claim. Additionally, products no longer at their original delivery address or delivered to a locality outside of Australia will also be excluded. Products must also remain with their original purchaser at the original delivery address (within Australia) to make a warranty claim.
Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, this Warranty does not apply to any products sold as seconds, floor stock, repaired products, or products that have a defect where this has been drawn to the customer’s attention before the purchase of the product.
ebb&flow requires a 50% deposit on all orders except for Studio Pip orders over $20k in which case we require 50% Deposit, 20% Progress and 30% Balance payments.
Orders will not be placed into production prior to settlement of deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Balance Payment is due prior to release of goods. Delivery will not be scheduled without full settlement of account. Goods will not be delivered until the balance owing has cleared. Goods remain the property of JCI until the account has been paid in full.
Method of Payment
Payments will be accepted in the following manner - CASH, CHEQUE, DEBIT CARD, EFT and CREDIT CARD*.
*Credit cards accepted VISA, MASTERCARD and AMEX. Please note that purchases with Credit Card will occur a fee in line with the current rate.
Please always reference payment with invoice number.
