Furniture is manufactured in various states in Australia and is shipped on a tiered cost basis. Shipping rates begin at *$290 for the first 2 cubic meters and charged at a rate of *$65 per cubic meter thereafter. Shipping rates for residential, please contact us for trade quotes.
Shipping is calculated with all furniture and lighting items being shipped together with the item with longest lead time being the shipping date. If different items from suppliers are required at different times, shipping rates will need to be re calculated.

Please ensure your property has adequate access. Standard shipping includes a single delivery to ground floor, with easy access and no stairs. Should deliveries require access beyond ground floor, including stairs and difficult access, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have informed us prior to delivery so we can confirm accurate costs and accessibility to the building. Stairs and difficult access may incur additional charges.
Before making your purchase, please be aware that we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Ebb & Flow do, however, offer refunds, repairs and replacements in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Please refer to our Warranty Policy below.
Inspect all goods on delivery. If a product you ordered has been damaged during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. Provided you have contacted us within seven (7) days of the delivery, we can arrange to collect and inspect the product for possible repair or equivalent replacement for the product.
